Kamloops, located in the Thompson Okanagan region is Canada’s Tournament Capital and the hub for the Rocky Mountaineer. Home to more than 85,000 people, Kamloops is located at the confluence of the North and South Thompson Rivers. In spring and summer there are numerous lakes you can enjoy and be sure to check out the Shuswap Lakes or Merritt where the famous Merritt Mountain Music festival is held.
